For the Peated Cask Matured malt whisky in the Classic Range, famed wine and spirit merchants, Berry Bros. & Rudd selected a range of single malt whiskies judged to be of high quality and vatted them together before a final maturation in casks that previously held peated, smoky whisky. This finishing period imbues the malts with a subtle smokiness to add contrast to fruit and spice characters.
