Michel Couvreur Vin Jaune 10 Year Old Single Malt French Whisky (500mL)

Michel Couvreur has yet again worked his own brand of magic on Scottish sourced malt. This dram has been matured exclusively in Jura vin Juane wine casks for 10 years - a white wine produced from Savagnin in Eastern France, similar to fino Sherry. The barrels were sourced directly from the Jura wine region before being delivered to Couvreur's Burgundy mountain cave where they were delivered, emptied and wet filled with Scottish distilled spirit all in the same day. Absolutely remarkable in every way!
